Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello.thisisme.tme@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect within 7 days of receipt. You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello.thisisme.tme@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged items and your order number. We’ll provide a resolution promptly.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all order details are correct before finalising your purchase.

Exchanges
